Complete your online design brief



Complete your design questionnaire 

After your initial enquiry, you will receive a link via email within 24 hours, where you register to your client portal and complete the design questionnaire.

The design questionnaire requires floor plan measurements, photos of the space, budget, must-keep furniture and inspirational pictures. Please include as much information as possible; the more I know, the better!

If you cannot measure your space, I provide a home measuring service.

 

Step 2:
 


Book your design package

Depending on what level of service is required for your project, the next step is to book a design-only package or design and project management service. 



 

Step 3:
 

Upon completing your questionnaire, within 24 hours, you will receive an email to book your design consultation online or in person. 

The interior design consultation is an opportunity for me to see your home first-hand and start the conceptual process. It's a time to get to know you and learn more about your vision for the space and how it fits in with your lifestyle.

Step 4:
 


Fine tune your design
 

Throughout every stage of the client process, you receive updates on your design via the client portal, where you approve or flag products for revision. 

 

The design process follows this order: 

 

- 2D floor plan with furniture layout

- 60-minute in-person consultation 

- A design mood board

- Suggested paint and finishes

​- Two sets of changes

- A shopping list 

- Finishes box with printed plans, paint & fabric samples delivered to your door

- A 3D visual (if you have purchased this add on)

Receive your completed design

You will receive all of the list above.

If you have opted for a remote/design-only package, you can shop for the products at your convenience and implement the design yourself. 

Please read the following step below if you have purchased the project management package.


 

Step 6:
 



Project management and installation
 

Once the final design is approved, the next phase marks the realisation of the design. Contractors’ bids are sought, and the designer prepares a detailed schedule of works with construction and installations.

 

All materials, furnishings and accessories are ordered. Delivered goods are inspected, and damaged items are re-ordered or returned and marked according to project and placement.

 

I conduct regular site visits throughout the phase to coordinate progress and resolve any on-site issues. 

 

Once construction works are complete, the installation phase begins, where your furnishings are delivered, assembled and installed for you, so you can sit back and relax!
